Day 2 Down 1.5 pounds

Quick Tip for the Day : By taking a hot bath or some other way to get your body temp up and heart rate up prior to bed, you accomplish a few good things. First, the cooling down process is a natural sleep aid and will help you fall into a good night’s sleep. Secondly, by getting your heart rate up, your body is burning those calories as you drift off into la la land, plus you are sweating out toxins etc. So a hot bath, hot tub, sauna or steam are all good “exercises” before calling it a day!

Weighed in at 145.5 today – down 1.5 pounds. Very encouraging!

Spiritual: Started day with 15 min. of prayer and meditation. Asked God for help with all of this! Read the Bible later in day.

Exercise: .Over 11,000 steps for the day and got a chiro adjustment

Food & drink:
Started with 16 oz. of alkaline water with Go Ruby Go (heaping scoop in it) and flowed that up with another 16 oz. of water with 1/3 tube of Re Vive (energy/heart/mind formula) and took 3 Re Lease (fat burning/digesting supplement)

B-fast -1/2 cup cottage cheese with handful of raw walnuts and some cinnamon. 16  more oz. of alk. water.
Supplements: 1/2 tsp. of Royal Essentials (a type of Royal jelly honey), 2 Essentials for Life, (has 6 different products; vitamins, minerals, digestive enzymes, fat burning enzymes, antioxidants, probiotic) 1 Re mind (Omega 3), 1 Re Build (bone building formula), 1 Re Sist  (Immune Builder), 2 more Re Lease.

Lunch -Had a King Taco at Hungry Hobo (without the tortilla chips) 2 Essentials for Life, 1 Re Mind

Snack – Handful of almonds and walnuts

Dinner was 1 Organic Chicken/Spinach/cheese burger from Costco (love these! 19 grams of protein, 1 carb and hormone free meat and really tasty!) wrapped in lettuce with some mustard and slice of swiss cheese. 3/4 cup of frozen mixed veggies with butter. 1 more glass of alkaline water.
Supplements: 2 Essentials for Life, 1 Re Mind, 2 Re Lease, 1 Re Build and another 1/4 tsp. of Royal Essentials honey

Snack – Outshine single popsicle bar

Going to take another hot bath for 15-30 minutes before going to bed and 3 more Re Lease.

Had lots of energy today; tonight I had the “snack urge” but resisted (couldn’t bear the thought of reporting it really!)
