Day 5 – up .5#

Quick Tip for the Day :  Starting the day acknowledging my own weakness in the area of food and asking God for help reminds me of the “why” for this 21 day blitz. Helps with getting the bigger picture and keeping my priorities in order.

Weighed in at 146 today – up .5# today. Down 1# overall

Spiritual: Did do some meditation and prayers this afternoon and read several chapters in the Bible.

Exercise: . Took care of my 2 year old granddaughter today. Couldn’t find pedometer this morning but guess about 4-5,000 steps.

Food & drink:
Started with 16 oz. of alkaline water  and followed that up with another 16 oz. of water with 1/3 tube of Re Vive (energy/heart/mind formula)

B-fast -3 egg omelet with onions, mushrooms and a tsp, of mozzerella. cheese, 1/3 avocado

Supplements:  2 Essentials for Life, (has 6 different products; vitamins, minerals, digestive enzymes, fat burning enzymes, antioxidants, probiotic) 1 Re mind (Omega 3), 1 Re Build (bone building formula), 1 Re Sist  (Immune Builder), 2 Re Cleanse (self explanatory!)

Lunch -Didn’t really eat a lunch but had 1 slice turkey deli meat, slice of swiss cheese, a little more avocado

Dinner fresh roasted  veggies tossed in olive oil, salad with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers and 2 TBL Paul Newman olive oil and vinegar dressing, 2 small pieces of fried grouper left over from last night and a small grilled pc. of salmon from tonight.

Supplements: 3 Essentials for Life, 1 Re Mind, 2 Re Lease, 1 Re Build and another 1/4 tsp. of Royal Essentials honey

Snacks – 3 pieces of “cashew clusters” from Costco- a nut snack about 90 cal. total, 2 squares 86% dark chocolate with squirt of whip cream on it

Feelings -I really struggled with discouragement today and had to remind myself to “stay the course” and remember about my clothes fitting better etc. Tough mentally. I am such a “sprinter” rather than a marathon runner and I want immediate results!  Good lessons to be learned.
