Weighed in at 145.5 Down 1.5# for the week.
Drank 2 big glasses of water in the morning. Had peppermint at church. Punch at shower
Lunch – Ate cucumber salad, 2 helpings of fruit salad, 2 cheese/lettuce/turkey meat/tomato combos and had 1/4 of cashews during afternoon & another peppermint
Dinner – 4 tablespoons of Cranberry/Almond chicken salad
Snack – Outshine popsicle
Feelings – Resisted all kinds of delectable sweets at shower and wasn’t even really tempted due to resolve ahead of time.. Looking forward to starting a new week using a new strategy.
